ASN hosted a satellite session featuring an IAFNS project on August 10th.
The program included 2 speakers, a panel discussion and Q&A. Dr. Soo-Yeun Lee from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will present on the IAFNS Sodium Compendium Project.
The goal of this work is to provide evidence-based tools available for sodium reduction, organized by specific food categories to conjoin the wide range of resources into a compendium relevant to food industry applications.
