Human Dietary Protein Needs and Benefits: A Critical Assessment of Postulated Propositions
Rosemont, IL, USA
February 25, 2025 – February 26, 2025
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Big Ten Center

The essential need for dietary protein to sustain life is uncontested, and several propositions regarding dietary protein are largely uncontested as well. This workshop features experts who will examine the evidence for these and other assumptions about protein. Speakers will explore methods and offer recommendations for better results. Reliance on short-term studies, proxy endpoints, or extrapolating from one set of circumstances to another will be questioned. Better and stronger data and conclusions will emerge from this process.  This will have benefits for human health, for the scientific community, and will ideally lead to better and more protein being consumed by those who need it most for their health and well-being. This workshop will feature over 20 of the top protein researchers in the world.

Attendance is limited, so if you are interested in attending, please contact Dr. Mitch Kanter at mkanterhni@msn.com for more details.
