IAFNS will present at the Scientific & Technical Forum at IFT FIRST: Annual Event and Expo in the session “Regulations on Processed Foods: Exploring the Impact on the Global Food Industry.”
Discussion will touch on 9 Principles for Science-Based Food Classification Systems Focused on Processing and Formulation.
Panelists from Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US will engage in an interdisciplinary conversation with a focus on connecting the dots between subject-matter-experts as they focus on challenging questions facing the global food system.
