IAFNS Author Dialogue on the Paper: 'Prevalence of Processed Foods in Major US Grocery Stores'

IAFNS and the Public-Private Partnership for a USDA Global Branded Food Products Database is hosting a discussion with Dr. Giulia Menichetti and colleagues to learn more about a recent paper they authored, “Prevalence of Processed Foods in Major US Grocery Stores.”
The Nature Foods paper will be the focus of this dialogue and will includes discussion of the GroceryDB (database) and generation of the FPro metric.
