IAFNS Carbohydrates Committee Meeting

At this committee meeting, a final report will be presented by NORC on how consumers make food choices when it comes to carbohydrate containing foods. This addresses a trend in which some consumers eat restricted diet patterns, leading to inadequate nutrient intakes such as vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
