IAFNS Members-Only Dialogue on the Tufts Food Compass

Join the IAFNS Community to learn about the Tufts University Food Compass – a novel nutrient profiling system that assesses the healthfulness of foods. Although several other nutrient profiling systems are available, Food Compass includes an expanded set of nutrients, novel attributes, and other characteristics.
Dr. Jeffrey Blumberg, Professor Emeritus and PhD candidate Megan O’Hearn, both of the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, will provide brief overview of the tool, with most of the hour allotted to questions and discussion.
