What Collaborations Across Sectors and Disciplines are Necessary to Bridge the Gap Between Diet & Public Health? A Dialogue about Sodium

The IAFNS Sodium in Foods & Health Implications Committee brought together a diverse group of stakeholders from across the food ecosystem to tackle the question of “How to accelerate progress related to sodium and public health?” Learn from experts how cross-sector conversations and collaborations are necessary to bridge the gap from food production, food consumption, and food-related policy to public health. Also discussed will be what collaborations are still missing from the conversation and how the disciplines can work together to advance technologies, improve our food supply, and ultimately public health.
