Invitation-Only Expert Dialogue on Polyphenols and Gut Health

The IAFNS Nutrition for Gut Health Committee is hosting an expert dialogue focused on the state of science related to polyphenols and gut health – which includes implications for fiber/whole grains and gut-brain axis relevant outcomes.
Experts have been asked to address questions including:
What is the role of dietary polyphenols in maintaining/promoting gut health (including and beyond gut microbiome) – or other aspects of health via the gut?
What are the purported mechanisms?
What are the implications for food development and/or dietary guidance?
The Expert Panel includes:
