Discussions around processed foods continue and there is general agreement that the mechanisms underlying associations with health outcomes require elucidation. IAFNS hosted a second dialogue with Dr. Kevin Hall on a developing research program on ultra-processed foods with ARPA-H (Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health). In this webinar, we continued the discussion around the project concept and addressed additional questions about collaboration.
