Science-Based Principles for Food Classification Writing Team Meeting

The IAFNS Principles Writing Team will meet in-person on January 16th to advance Principles for Food Classification Based on Processing and Formulation to support public health.
The group will discuss draft Principles that are intended to ensure that science-based classification of foods is used for research that informs decision-making as relevant to health.
Feedback on the draft will be solicited from the larger food and nutrition community prior to finalization and publication.
