The IAFNS Annual Summer Science Symposium is a unique gathering of scientific and regulatory experts. The focus is on science that supports credible decision making by government regulators, industry professionals and academic researchers. The event brings together a range of experts, including food and nutrition researchers, healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, industry representatives, and government officials.

The scientific sessions will include:

• New Perspectives on Protein Across the Healthspan
• AI as a Research and Discovery Tool in Nutrition & Food Safety Science
• Anatomy of a GRAS Determination
• Trust and Communicating Uncertainty

Register and join us! We are pleased to offer an opportunity for an expanded audience to participate in the Annual Meeting by supporting remote attendee/online attendee options. This event is open to all regardless of current or prior engagement with IAFNS.

We offer discounted registration for scientists from academia and from government. Additionally, IAFNS members from industry can also register at a discount.

No!  This is a public event focused on advancing science.  We welcome and encourage participation by ALL regardless of current or prior affiliation with IAFNS.

The Annual Meeting will be held on June 24 and June 25. The draft agenda will be posted soon with specific times.

This is a public event and we welcome the attendance of media and press.

The meeting will be hosted as a Zoom webinar.

As an attendee, you will have an opportunity to not only listen to the presentations but ask questions of the speakers through a moderator.
