What is the Science Innovation Showcase about?
The Science Innovation Showcase will gather hundreds on December 14 and 15 and will empower collaborative, scienced-based approaches in the food and beverage ecosystem. Click here to Register.
Offering a unique science-first and science-focused dialogue on product and technology development in consumer foods and beverages, the presenters will include scientists from government, academia, and industry. Speakers will include regulatory experts, innovation center faculty, leaders from other non-profits, and speakers from major corporations and indie and emerging brands. Additionally, the voice of the investor will be heard in a facilitated dialogue.
This is not a business pitch competition.

Additionally, we encourage you to submit an abstract to share your science. In addition to invited presentations, we have several sessions reserved for presentations based on the submitted abstracts.
Do I need to be a member of IAFNS to participate?
No! This is a science venue for scientists to share their science. We welcome and encourage participation in this Science Innovation Showcase by ALL regardless of current or prior affiliation with IAFNS.

What days and times is the Showcase? What time zone is the summit in?
The Science Innovation Showcase will be held on the afternoon and early evening of Tuesday, December 14 and the afternoon of Wednesday, December 15 (Washington DC time).

How can I sponsor this event?
This science event is supported by the IAFNS Board of Trustees and the IAFNS Scientific Leadership Council. As such, we are not seeking sponsorship. We are seeking scientists to share their work. And, we are seeking scientists to attend and learn at this event. Please register and join us!
How can I get involved as a speaker at a future IAFNS events? Can I recommend a speaker?

What if I can not attend the Science Innovation Showcase? Can I get a refund?
Due to the low registration fees, no refunds will be given. However, substitutions are encouraged. If you are unable to attend live sessions during the Showcase, as a registered participant, you will be entitled to priority viewing of the Showcase presentation recordings after the event.
What if I have technical issues during the Showcase and can not access the event?
Additionally, it may be possible to send a Question/Comment through the Question function on the GoToWebinar platform. There will be a virtual help desk to make your experience as smooth as possible!
