IFT FIRST Scientific & Technical Forum: What Insights Can We Gain from Consumer Misconceptions to Proactively Address Future Challenges?
IAFNS research will be part of this IFT Scientific and Technical Forum at the IFT Annual FIRST meeting. These interdisciplinary conversation-style panels will focus on connecting the dots between subject-matter-experts as they focus on a challenging question facing the science of food community.
Dr. Hayley A. Young, PhD, Swansea University, will participate to share insights gained from the IAFNS project examining consumer articulation of “brain benefits” from foods, diets and supplements, and alignment of these desired benefits with valid research tools.
