IAFNS Dialogue on IARC, Codex, and Food

Join the Institute for the Advancement of Food and Nutrition Sciences (IAFNS) for this invitation-only discussion on how determinations by intergovernmental organizations such as IARC and Codex affect the food and beverage ecosystem. This dialogue with Ms. Daniella Taveau, Principal, Bold Text Strategies, will highlight how work by intergovernmental organizations have impacted production costs, public opinion, and eroded the discourse around what constitutes “necessary” regulation.
Daniella Taveau is a recognized expert in business strategy, trade, and regulation and President of Bold Text Strategies. Previously, she represented the United States at the World Trade Organization, all U.S. Free Trade Agreements, and multiple intergovernmental organizations. Ms. Taveau also was an executive for a global cosmetics company for ten years.
Note: To ensure the event size allows a dialogue, registrants will be individually approved with prioritization going to IAFNS members from government, academia and industry.
