The Food Microbiology Committee will convene its Spring 2024 Committee Meeting on March 28, 2024.
IAFNS’ Food Microbiology Committee is committed to proactively improving the understanding and control of microbial food safety hazards to enable scientifically informed decision-making.
This in-person meeting allows for collaboration between industry, academia and government to further our mission. With initiatives focusing on non-polar antimicrobial delivery systems for dry sanitation, this meeting aims to provide the Committee with updates on funded projects, advance ongoing planning for supported sessions and events at IAFP 2024, and initiate planning for Committee-sponsored initiatives for 2024-2025.
