Discussions around processed foods continue and there is general agreement that the mechanisms underlying associations with health outcomes require elucidation. IAFNS is hosting a second dialogue with Dr. Kevin Hall on a developing research program on ultra-processed foods with ARPA-H (Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health). In this webinar, we will continue the discussion around the project concept and address additional questions about collaboration.
